哈尔滨和鸡西市学龄前儿童血铅水平调查

【摘要】 目的了解环境污染对儿童血铅水平的影响。方法于1999年4~6月选择哈尔滨市内6区2~7岁儿童605名和鸡西市2~7岁儿童307名以石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定血铅含量。结果两市儿童血铅均呈正偏态分布。哈尔滨市和鸡西市儿童血铅几何均值分别为0.354和0.441μmol/L,中位数分别为0.369和0.440μmol/L,P95分别为1.575和1.304μmol/L,血铅值≥0.483μmol/L的儿童所占百分比分别为44.5%和44.9%。结论环境污染已对两市学龄前儿童健康造成潜在危害。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the effects of environmental pollution on blood lead levels of children.Methods The blood lead levels of605children aged2-7in6urban districts of Harbin and307children aged2-7in Jixi were deter-mined by graphite furnace atom absorption spectrophotometry during the period from April to June in1999.Results The data on blood lead levels of children in two cities showed both positive skewness distribution.The geometric means of blood lead lev-els of children were0.354μmol/L in Harbin and0.441μmol/L in Jixi,the medians were0.369μmol/L in Harbin and0.440μmol/L in Jixi,the values of P 95 were1.575μmol/L in Harbin and1.304μmol/L in Jixi.The children with blood lead levels of≥0.483μmol/L accounted for44.5%of total observed in Harbin and44.9%in Jixi.Conclusion Environmental lead pollution had coused potential adverse effects on preschool children health.
