出生前暴露1 800MHz电磁场大鼠Morris迷宫测试
Morris Maze Performance Tests in Rats After Prenatal Exposure to 1 800MHz Radiofrequency Field
【摘要】 目的探讨出生前1800MHz微波辐射对大鼠学习和空间记忆行为的影响。方法用功率为1800MHz密度为0.5mW/cm2的微波于大鼠孕期0~20d全身连续照射,同时设置对照组。用Morris水迷宫对10周龄F1代仔鼠进行学习和空间记忆功能的测定。结果暴露组与对照组在学习记忆功能上差异无显著性(P>0.05),但暴露组在空间定位上有性别差异,雌鼠能力较雄鼠差,P<0.05。结论该次实验没有发现1800MHz射频场暴露对10周龄F1代仔鼠的学习和空间记忆有影响。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of prenatal exposure to1800MHz radiofrequency field on learning and spatial memory in ratsoffspring.Methods The pregnant rats and control group were generally and continuously radiated by1800MHz microwave radiation with power density of0.5mW/cm 2 respectively.The capability of learning and spatial memory of off-spring aged10weeks were tested by Morris maze test.Results No significant differences in capability of learning and memory were observed between exposure group and control group(P>0.05).But the female offspring in exposure group showed weaker capability of spatial location compared with that of male offspring in exposure group(P<0.05).Conclusion The affect of pre-natal exposure to1800MHz radiofrequency field to the capability of learning and spatial memory in offspring aged10weeks was not observed.
