振动时效在卷筒体焊后消应力中的应用

【摘要】 对卷筒体进行了振动时效处理。在振动时效前后通过对卷筒体进行盲孔法残余应力的对比测量,以及振动过程中对振动动应力的测量,全面、定量地了解振动时效工艺过程的应力状况、残余应力的变化及最终的应力状况。试验结果表明振动时效可以有效的消除卷筒体的残余应力,且不会影响筒体的疲劳寿命。

【Abstract】 Vibration stress relieving is considered a cost-effective alternative to heat treatment for removal of residual stresses caused by the welding process. This paper concerns about the advisability of using vibration stress relief (V.S.R) on drums. The measurements of residual stress in drums were carried out before and after vibratory stress relief, to quantify the change in residual stress achievable in these drums. And the dynamic stress was measured during vibratory stress relief. These results indicate that V.S.R process is effective in the residual stress relief of drums.
