【摘要】 总结了中国各主要城市郊区的蔬菜重金属的污染情况 ,从各种调查结果看出 ,中国蔬菜的重金属含量总体上还处在安全食用范围内 ,但在城郊结合部 ,蔬菜中重金属的污染比较严重。肥料是重金属污染的重要来源之一 ,从肥料的生产和管理的角度提出了控制肥料重金属含量的方法 ,为蔬菜食用的安全性提供保障更多还原

【Abstract】 Rapid development of industry raises public concern on the pollutants remaining in vegetables, for example, heavy metals, nitrate and pesticides which are, in some cases, still problems of food safety. Of the reported pollutants, heavy metals have received a great attention from the public. Since fertilization is one of the main heavy metal pollutant sources, introduction of strict laws for the administration of all varieties of fertilizers is an effective way to minimize the pollution of heavy metals from fertilization. This paper presented suggestions for the administration of fertilizers based on an informative review on the current status of heavy metal content in vegetables.更多还原
