混凝法处理废乳化液的研究

【摘要】 采用聚合硫酸铁 ( PFS)和聚合氯化铝 ( PAC)处理废乳化液 ,适宜的 p H范围为 p H≤ 8,在废乳化液 CODcr为 70 0 0~35 0 0 0 mg/L时 ,PFS较佳投加量为 0 .46~ 0 .5 6 g/L ,PAC较佳投加量为 1.5~ 3.5 g/L,CODcr去除率均可达 94%以上。出水经分析表明 ,PFS和 PAC混凝对废乳化液中的脂类和羧酸盐均有较好的效果 ,并且 B/C由 0 .12分别提高到 0 .5 8和 0 .5 5 ,大大改善废乳化液的可生化性。

【Abstract】 Treating emulsive wastewater with PFS and PAC were studied.The results showed that removal rate of CODcr reached more than 94% when pH was less than 8,the concentration of CODcr in emulsive wastewater was 7 000~3 5000 mg/L,the preferred dosage of PFS or PAC was 0.46~0.56 g/L or 1.5~3.5 g/L.The coagulation of PFS and PAC had good effects on the lipin and fatty acid salt.The biodegradability of emulsive wastewater was ameliorated by coagulating with PFS and PAC ,for B/C increased respectively from 0.12 to 0.58 and 0.55.;
