新型高灵敏度XRF分析仪的研制与应用
Research and application of a high sensitive XRF analyzer based on Si-PIN detector
【摘要】 新型高灵敏度便携式X射线荧光(XRF)分析仪基于电致冷Si-PIN半导体X射线探测器和微机多道(2048道)谱仪系统,整机重3.8kg(探头重0.6kg),对铜、锌、砷等元素的分析检出限为10μg·g-1,适用于野外现场的天然岩石、土壤和水系沉积物的多元素含量的定量测定,以及工业原料、半成品、产品快速分析。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a high sensitive portable X-ray fluorescence analyzer. It is composed of a Si-PIN X-ray detector with thermo-electrical cooler, radio isotope sources and a 2048-channel MCA based on PC/104 computer. The analyzer is about 3.8 kg weight, 30 cm × 28 cm × 14 cm size. The resolution (FWHM) for the 5.9 keV peak of 55Fe is less than 160 eV. The analytical detection limits are about 10μg · g-1 for Cu, Zn, As and other mineral elements. This analyzer can be used to in-situ determine multi-element concentration on natural rock, soil and other mineral products.
