从60MeV/u18O离子辐照过的钍中分离Ra
Separation of Ra from ThO2 target irradiated by 60 MeV/u18O ions
【摘要】 对以212Pb, 133Ba和224Ra作示踪剂,(NH4)2H2EDTA为淋洗剂,用阳离子交换法从Pb、Ba中分离Ra的工艺条件做了研究。提出了一个从60 MeV/u 18O离子辐照过的ThO2靶中分离Ra的放射化学流程。实验结果表明,该流程对主要反应产物,特别是Ba的去污较好,Ra的产额可达70%以上。
【Abstract】 The experimental conditions for separation of Ra from Ba with cation exchange technique by using 133Ba, 224Ra and 212Pb as tracers, and 0.1 mol/L (NH4)2H2EDTA-0.3 mol/L NH4Ac solution as eluent are studied. A proce-dure suitable for separation of Ra from the ThO2 targets irradiated by 60 MeV/u 18O ions is developed. The results demon-strate that the decontamination effect for main reaction products, specially radioactive Ba isotopes, is satisfactory. The chemical yield of Ra is more than 70%.
