模拟废水丁二酸的催化湿式氧化处理
Catalytic Wet Oxidation of Simulated Wastewater Succinic Acid Aqueous Solution
【摘要】 对催化湿式氧化专用的TiO2 载体及Ru TiO2 催化剂的抗压强度、比表面积、孔体积、平均粒径、晶体结构等重要物性参数进行了表征 .在间歇式反应釜上研究了Ru TiO2 催化剂在处理模拟废水丁二酸 (7 4 0 g/L ,COD =70 0 0mg/L)中的催化活性、影响因素及金属溶出问题 .研究表明 :在Ru含量相同的情况下 ,载体的比表面积、孔体积越大 ,催化活性越高 .经过表面处理的载体制备的催化剂活性显著提高 (COD去除率增加约 1 0 % ) .反应受温度、pH值等因素的影响 :在反应温度 2 70℃ ,pH =1 1 0 0 ,起始压力 2 3MPa ,反应压力 7 1MPa条件下 ,经 3 0min反应 ,COD去除率为 67 4 %~ 95 4 % .在间歇式反应釜中连续运行 1 2次后 ,催化活性稳定 ,Ru流失甚微 .在2 0 0L/d的小型工业化装置上一个月的运行 ,保持COD去除率大于 99% ,NH3 N去除率约 1 0 0 % .
【Abstract】 TiO 2 supports and Ru-TiO 2 catalysts were characterized such as resistance to compression, specific area and crystalline structure. Activities of Ru-TiO 2 catalysts in catalytic wet oxidation of succinic acid aqueous solution were studied. When loading same content of Ru on support, the larger of specific area and pore volume of support the higher of catalytic activities. Activities of catalyst made by surface treated support were higher than not treated support(COD removal increased about 10%). Reaction was greatly influenced by temperature and pH value. When the reaction conditions were 270℃, pH=11.00, starting pressure 2.3MPa, reacting pressure 7.1MPa,30min, COD removal was at the range of 67.4%~95.4%. The catalysts remained high activities and stability after 12 times of reaction and kept COD removal great than 99%,NH\-3-N removal reached to 100% in a month running on a 200L/d reactor.
