【Abstract】 The issues in environmental monitoring organization were indicated. For system reform of environmental monitoring organization, three things must be pay attention to. First, vertical management need be applied. Second, the reform need embodied the principle that environmental monitoring station should take environmental quality monitoring as its main duty.
