催化动力学光度法研究褐藻对铜的吸附
STUDY ON BIOSORPTION OF Cu2+ TO BROWN ALGAE BY CATALYTIC KINETICS SPECTROPHOTOMETRY
【摘要】 应用催化动力学光度法研究了褐藻紫菜对铜离子的吸附作用 .结果表明 ,经过0 0 5mol·l- 1 氢氧化钠预处理的紫菜其吸附量最大 ,控制pH值为 3 6,其生物吸附作用是一种快速的过程 ,在 8min内吸附量为 1 3 2 6mg·g- 1 ,已基本达到平衡
【Abstract】 The biosorption of Cu 2+ to brown algae was studied by the catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry.Several parameters,such as the amount of the brown algae,chemical pretreatment of the sorbent,adsorption time,and pH value were examined in detail.The results showed that a effective biosorption of Cu 2+ on brown algae was achieved at pH 3 6 after pretreatment of the algae with 0 05% NaOH.The biosorption equilibrium was reached within 8 min with the adsorption capacity of 13 26 mg·g -1 .
