电站冲灰水烟气脱硫的工业应用
INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION OF WFGD BY USING ASH-SLUICING WATER IN A COAL-FIRED POWER STATION
【摘要】 利用燃煤电站锅炉冲灰水中碱性物质的作用 ,设计了一套湿法烟气脱硫系统 ,并在 2台小型机组上进行了应用。系统运行情况表明 ,在选择适当的雾化喷嘴后 ,脱硫塔还可以起到对细粉尘的二次净化作用。这种具有脱硫功能的洗涤器可以使燃煤烟气在液气比不大于 0 7的条件下获得 70 %左右的脱硫效率和 90 %左右的除尘效率
【Abstract】 A WFGD system is designed and applied to two small-scale generating units by using the alkaline materials contained in ash-sluicing water.The operation result indicates that if appropriate spray nozzle is selected,the spray tower can also separate fine dust particles from the gas stream.When the liquid to gas flow ratio is not greater than 0.7,the absorption efficiency of SO 2 and collection efficiency of fine particles can be up to 70% and 90%,respectively.
