【Abstract】 Chinese higher education has been basically achieved the standard of mass education, which is publicly approved in the world, thus, it is high time to emphasize on improving the quality of higher education. In the present background of mass higher education, overall improving quality education and constructing learning\|oriented society, higher education should be endowed with new connotation and significance. At present, great efforts on systems and policies have to be made to improve the quality of higher education.更多还原
