【摘要】 大学教授活动“集群化” ,是指大学教授彼此联系、密切合作 ,采用“集群”的方式广泛地开展学术活动的现象。这一现象的出现与科学发展的日益专门化和规模化密不可分 ,它反映了大学在推动科学技术发展与进步过程中呈现出的明显优势。目前 ,我国大学由于缺乏必要的组织平台、规范的制度平台、合理的知识和技术平台以及客观的评价平台 ,大学教授的活动很难真正走向“集群化”。解决这一问题的关键在于科研组织的创新更多还原

【Abstract】 The clustering development of university professors refers to the university professors’ mutual relation, mutual dependence, mutual impetus and mutual cooperation in course of the academic activities. The appearance of such phenomenon is closely related to the gradual specialization and size expansion of science development. It reflects notable advantages of universities in impelling the development and progress of science and technology. At present, it is very hard for university professors to achieve clustering development for the lack of various platforms such as organization, normative system, knowledge and technology based on the objective evaluation.
