【摘要】 目的　探讨糖尿病血糖水平对脑梗塞患者预后的影响。方法　对 87例糖尿病性脑梗塞患者资料进行回顾性分析 ,根据血糖情况将 87例患者分为 A、B、C、D四组 ,对照分析糖尿病性脑梗塞患者的血糖水平与临床表现、急性缺血损害程度、好转率与死亡的关系。结果　糖尿病性脑梗塞患者的高血糖对预后的不良影响是糖尿病性脑梗塞的主要死因。结论　血糖水平的高低 ,可作为评估脑梗塞病变程度、范围和预后的重要指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of blood glucose level on the prognosis of cerbral infarction in patients with diabetes.Methods Eighty seven cases with diabetic cerebral infarction were analyzed retrospectively and randomly divided into four groups based on blood glucose level.The relationship between the blood glucose level in the patients with diabetic cerebral infarction and the clinical features,the degree of acute cerebral ischemic damage,improvement rate and death rate.Results Higher blood glucose level had harmful effect on the prognosis and was also one of the main death factors in patients with diabetic cerebral infarction.Conclusion Blood glucose level can be regarded as an important index for evaluating the extent and prognosis of cerebral infarction.更多还原
