【摘要】 目的　评价糖尿病患者的左心室功能。方法　应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图对比观测 4 8例有、无并发症的非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病 (NIDDM)患者及 4 0例正常人的左心室功能。结果　NIDDM患者的左心室舒张及收缩功能均减退 ,早期以舒张功能减退为甚 ,继之 ,收缩功能受损。结论　高血压、冠心病、微血管病变等并发症可进一步加重舒张功能的损害更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate lfet ventricular function in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods Pulsed doppler echocardiography was used to evaluated the left ventricular function in 48 patients with NIDDM with or without complications of hypertension,coronary heart disease (CHD),et al and 40 normal subjects.Results Left ventricular diastolic and systolic function were all decreased in patients with NIDDM.The diastolic function was impaired early and systolic function imparired later.Conclusion Hypertension,CHD and microvascular lesions can accelerate the impairment of cardiac function.更多还原
