【摘要】 目的　探讨老年胆道疾病的手术方法和效果。方法　回顾性分析了我院 1980年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月 15 7例老年胆道疾病的特点和手术治疗情况。结果　治愈 14 2例 ,好转 12例 ,死亡 3例 ,总有效率 93%。术后并发症 35例 ,约占 2 2 .4 %。其中切口感染 17例 ,切口裂开 2例 ,胆瘘 2例 ,肺部感染 9例 ,多器官衰竭 3例 ,应激性溃疡出血 1例。结论　手术治疗对老年胆道疾病有良好的疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the method and effect of surgery on the elderly biliary disease.Methods The features and the surgical treatment in 157 elderly patients with biliary disease from Jan,1980 to Dec,2001 were analysed retrospectively.Results One hundred and fourty two patients were cured and 12 patients were improved.Three patients died.The total effective rate was 93%.The postoperative complications were found in 35 cases( 22.4 %) including incision infection(17 cases).incision open(2 cases),biliary fistula(2 cases).pulmonary infection(3 cases),and multiple organ failure(3 cases).One patient had stress ulcer.Conclusion The surgical treatment in the elderly biliary disease had good effect.更多还原
