【摘要】 目的　寻求简便、可靠、利于操作的缝瓣方法。方法　对 10例需行瓣膜置换的患者在全麻体外循环下采用相继缝瓣法进行瓣膜置换术。结果　全组病例除发生 1例低心排综合征、1例多器官衰竭 ,经治疗痊愈外 ,无 1例死亡。结论　相继缝瓣法具有操作有序、简便、减少绕线、缝合牢固等优点 ,克服了其它各种缝瓣法的缺点。对于新开展心脏瓣膜置换术的单位 ,尤其是手术人员 ,是一种值得推广使用的手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a simple,reliable and handy method of sewing valves in heart valve prosthesis replacement.Methods Ten patients underwent heart valve prosthesis replacement with the method of pad mattress sewing valves one after another in cardiopulmonary bypess.Results There were not postoperative mortality.Among 10 patients,one case of low cardiac output syndrome and one case of multiple system organ failure were foun who recovered affter treatment.All patients were followed up and no paravalvular leaks was found on colour doppler ultra echocardiography.Conclusion There are some advantages including operating in order,simple,less bangles,sewing tightly with the methed of pad mattress sewing valves one after another.This method is good in the hospital which just begins to carry out the heart valve prosthesis implantation.更多还原
