【摘要】 目的　探讨子宫癌患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子和白细胞介素测定的临床意义。方法　应用放射免疫分析法检测了 32例子宫癌患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)和白细胞介素 - 8(IL - 8)水平 ,并与 35例正常人作对照。结果　子宫癌患者血清中 TNF、IL- 8水平显著地高于正常人组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　测定子宫癌患者血清中 TNF、IL - 8水平对患者的治疗和预后均有重要的临床价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical significance of determination of serum TNF and IL 8 levels in patients with uterine cancer.Methods Serum concentration of TNF,and IL 8 from 32 cases of uterine cancer and 35 normal controls were tested by radio immune assay.Results The levels of TNF and IL 8 in uterine cancer were significantly higher than those in normal controls( P <0.01).Conclusion Detection of TNF and IL 8 levels in patients with uterine cancer might be of clinical values for evaluating therapeutic effect and prognosis.更多还原
