溴生产过程中配氯率在线自动测量与控制

【摘要】文章阐述了一种自主研制、开发的新型溴生产中配氯率自动在线测量控制系统的构成、工作原理、预估控制和"等等看"控制在实际生产中的应用。采用指示与补偿的双指示电极测量系统和自主设计的配氯率自动化控制系统,将溴生产过程中配氯率自动控制在95%～105%范围内,并保证在一年内保质运行。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new kind chlorine adding ratio on-line automatic measure and control system in the application in bromine production is developed independently.The constitutions,working principle,predition and estimation control,and control of waiting for look of the system are described.The application of the double indicator electrode measure system and chlorine adding ratio automatic control system of independent design can automatically control the ratio in the range of 95%～105%,and ensure a normal operation for 1 year.更多还原
