啤酒厂排放水培养盐藻的研究

【摘要】 利用啤酒厂排放水对盐藻进行了培养研究 ,6个废水样品中基本培养液含量分别为 10 0 % (空白 ) ,5 0 % ,40 % ,3 0 % ,2 0 % ,10 % ,等量对数生长期的盐藻细胞分别接种于 6个废水样品中 ,进行细胞计数 ,β -胡萝卜素含量和叶绿素含量的测定 ,实验结果表明 :盐藻在6个样品中都能生存 ,细胞生长率排序为 :空白 >5 0 % >40 % >3 0 % >2 0 % >10 % ;β -胡萝卜素含量排序为 :空白 >40 % >5 0 % >2 0 % >3 0 % >10 % ;叶绿素含量排序为 :空白 >5 0 % >40 % >3 0 % >2 0 % >10 %。盐藻在基本培养基含量为 10 %的废水中的生长率为 0 0 8962 4,虽然低于空白的 0 1715 ,但初步说明啤酒厂排放水培养盐藻以及生产 β -胡萝卜素是可行的

【Abstract】 Brewery effluent is used to make six samples of cultivation liquid,among which five samples were mixed by effluent and basic substrate and the concentrations of brewery effluent in the samples was 50%,40%,30%,20%,10%,respectively.The other sample was constrast(100% basic substrate),equivalent species in logistic growth stage was transferred into the six samples.The cell number was measured everyday and the content of β-carotene and chlorophyll every other day.The results showed that Dunaliella salina could survive and grow in all samples.The situation of the cell growth ratio was blank>50%>40%>30%>20%>10%,the acculmulation of contained β-carotene,blank>40%>50%>20%>30%>10%,and the contained chlorophyll,blank>50%>40%>30%>20%>10%.The growth ration of dunaliella salina in 10% sample was 0.089624.It tentatively suggested that using brewery effluent to cultivate Dunaliella salina,even to produce β-carotene has great potentialities,although the growth ratio(0.0896)is much lower than that of constrast(0.1715).
