造成碳酸乙烯酯蒸馏损失的原因分析及降低损失所采取的措施
Analysis of Causes for The Distillation Loss of Ethylene Carbonate in The Distillation And Measures Adopted
【摘要】 确定了碳酸乙烯酯粗品蒸馏过程中发生的分解反应的化学方程式,计算了碳酸乙烯酯分解反应的化学平衡常数,分析了造成碳酸乙烯酯釜式蒸馏损失的原因,介绍了降低蒸馏损失的措施,并对旋转薄膜蒸发器的特性进行了简介。
【Abstract】 In the paper ,a chemical equation of the ethylene carbonate decomposition reaction occurred in the ethylene carbonate distillation is determined,chemical equilibrium constant of the ethylene carbonate decomposition reaction is calculated,causes for the distillation loss of ethylene carbonate in the distillation is analysed ,measures for reducing the distillation loss is presented ,and the specific properties of rotation membrane vaporizer is simply presented.
