磷钼杂多酸催化合成乙酸乙酯的研究
Study on Synthesis of Ethyl Acetate with Olybdophosphoric-heteropoly Acid as Catalysts
【摘要】 以磷钼杂多酸为催化剂,以乙醇和乙酸为原料合成乙酸乙酯。经实验确定了最佳反应条件:酸醇比为2.5:1—3.0:1,磷钼酸用量为酸质量的2.5%—3.0%,反应时间为4.5 h,酯化率达94%以上。
【Abstract】 It has shown the method of synthesis of olybdophosphoric acid. Studied the synthesis of ethyl acetate with ethanol and acetic acid as raw material , olybdophosphoric acid as catalysts. The experimental results indicate the optimum condition as follows: the ratio of acid to alcohol is 2.5:1-3.0:1,the quantity of catalystis 2.5%-3.0% of the quantity of acid, the time of reaction is 4.5 h, the rate of production is 94%.The catalysts could be reused 6 times, and the activity dropped a little.
