β-亚油酰氨基乙醇烟酸酯的合成
Synthesis of β-(Linoleamino) Ethylnicotinate
【摘要】 以亚油酸、烟酸为起始原料 ,合成了具有降血脂活性的 β-亚油酰氨基乙醇烟酸酯 ,反应条件温和、原料易得、合成路线短、操作简便。
【Abstract】 β-Linoleamino)ethyl nicotinate for effective cholesterol-lowering activity was synthesized.The synthesis had the advantage of mild reaction conditions.The raw materials are commercially available.The process is simple.
