混凝土水管冷却试验与计算及应用研究

【摘要】 针对混凝土冷却水管温度场有限单元法,进行了一个室内混凝土温升试验和计算对比研究.结果表明,该算法在理论上是严密可靠的.同时,将该算法直接运用于一高碾压混凝土重力坝的温控研究中,认为在碾压混凝土坝中,埋设冷却水管仍然是一种效果好、操作简单、灵活易调整、适应性强、质量易保证且又相对经济的温控措施,特别适合坝体内部的削峰降温.

【Abstract】 For examination of the FEM used for calculation of the temperature field of embedded concrete cooling water pipes, a laboratory concrete temperature rise test is performed. The comparison of the tested result of temperature distribution with that calculated by the FEM indicates that the algorithm is not only robust in theory, but also precise enough for practical application. The application of the algorithm to the study of the temperature control for a high rollercompacted concrete gravity dam shows that the embedment of cooling water pipes in concrete is an economical and effective measure for temperature control, with the merits of simple operation, easy adjustment, high adaptability, and high quality, and is especially suitable for cutting off the internal temperature peak in dam bodies.
