水量对流动电流混凝投药控制系统的影响

【摘要】 以仪征化纤股份公司给排水厂为例,系统研究了水量变化对流动电流混凝投药自控系统的影响.通过中试找出流动电流自控系统稳定工作的极限水量变化率,并探求水量与流动电流设定值的相关关系.试验结果表明:该厂流动电流自控系统稳定工作的极限水量变化率约为25%;在设计处理能力内,水量与流动电流设定值存在正相关关系.在同等出水水质要求下,水量越大,流动电流设定值越高;反之,水量越小,流动电流设定值越低.在此基础上,还提出了变水量条件下流动电流投药控制系统改进的建议.

【Abstract】 With the water supply and sewerage plant of Yizheng Chemical Fibre Group as an example, the influence of flow rate on the streaming current controlled coagulated dosage system is systematically studied. Model tests are performed to find the limit change rate of flow rate under the normal operation of the automatic system and the correlation between the flow rate and the set value of streaming current. Experimental results show that the limit change rate of flow rate of the plant is 25%, and that a good correlation exists between the set value of streaming current and the flow rate within the designed capacity of wastewater treatment. Under a constant requirement for water quality of outflow, the higher the flow rate, the larger the set value of streaming current, vice versa. Based on the above results, some suggestions are given for improvement of the dosage control system under different flow rates.
