弧焊机器人焊枪姿态的自动规划
Automatic Layout of Welding Torch’s Gesture of Welding Robot
【摘要】 针对国内焊接机器人离线编程的现状 ,研究了在弧焊过程中焊枪姿态的自动规划技术 ,主要内容涉及焊缝定义方法及工艺信息的获取、焊枪所在最佳平面的确定、焊枪可行域及其姿态的自动规划等
【Abstract】 Based on the status for off line programming of welding robots used in China,the paper studies the technique for automatic layout of welding torch’s gestures during the jointing,including defining of welding lines, obtaining of process data,determining of the optimum plane of welding torch locations,the tolerable area of welding torch and automatic layout of gestures etc.
