【Abstract】 The pipeline of"Gas Transmitting from West to East"is the first natural gas pipeline in China with the largest pipe diameter,the highest transmitting pressure,the longest distances, the most advanced steel grade and the most complicated areas,also is the great project over the world,so its safety is very important.This article mainly introduce the technical conditions drafted basis of steel & steel pipes applied in"Gas Transmitting from West to East"pipeline,technical requirements for steel and steel pipes and confirming principles for technical conditions.In the execution periods of one year form"Technical Condition"published,the information of purchasing and pipe-making is reviewed,some question existed is summarized.It will play the direction roles in the quality of steel and steel pipes applied in"Gas Transmitting from West to East"project.更多还原
