埋弧焊缝自动跟踪模糊控制系统研究

【摘要】 介绍了埋弧焊缝自动跟踪系统的结构、工作原理 ,着重阐述了外界环境变化时计算机视觉焊缝识别方法 ,以及通过一个自调整模糊控制系统实现焊缝智能跟踪控制。系统在埋弧螺旋管外焊现场进行试验 ,取得了初步结果

【Abstract】 The structure and the principle of seam tracking for submerged arc welding are introduced in this paper. The method of seam recognition with computer vision is mainly researched when the environmental light is changed.Intelligence control system for seam tracking has been reached by using a self-modulated fuzzy control set.The system is tested on the producing of spiral submerged arc welded pipe for outside welding and the primary results are obtained.
