一种智能预估控制算法在间歇造气炉控制中的应用
Application of Intellective Predictive Control Algorithm in Control Systems of Coal Gasification Reactors
【摘要】 针对间歇造气炉工艺流程的特点,提出一种智能预估控制算法。该算法利用智能加权因子建立模糊内模预估器,实时预测气化层温度,在线修正模型失配,从而有效地消除非线性、时变等因素的不利影响。
【Abstract】 An intellective predictive control Algorithm,which aimed at the technical flow of coal gasification reactors,is proposed.The algorithm establishes Fuzzy internal model predictor with an intellective weighted factor,which can forecast temperature of gasification layer and modify model uncertainty so as to erase the disadvantages of nonlinear and timevarying factors.
