【Abstract】 This paper presents the investigations on capillary electrophoresis of proteins in solvent-containing aqueous media. The effectiveness of this method was demonstrated by the separation of oval albumin I and oval albumin II. The effect of organic component on the conformation of bovine serum albumin in solution was characterized by fluorimetry and circular dichroism analysis. Finally, preparative separation of proteins by solvent-containing aqueous electrophoresis was attempted in a multicompartment electrolyzer.更多还原
