晶须改性二苯甲烷型双马来酰亚胺树脂体系复合材料的研究
Study on composite of BMI/BA reinforced with whisker
【摘要】 以硼酸铝晶须、钛酸钾晶须为增强剂 ,以N ,N′ -二胺基二苯甲烷型双马来酰亚胺(BMI) /O ,O′ -二烯丙基双酚A(BA)体系作为基体 ,采用浇注成型工艺制备了晶须增强热固性树脂基复合材料。分析了浇注体的弯曲、冲击断口微观形貌图 ,并对晶须和玻璃布复合增强树脂体系作了初步研究。
【Abstract】 Bismaleimide/o,o′-diallybisphenol A(BMI/BA)composite reinforced with aluminum borate whiskers or potassium titanate whiskers pretreated with silicone coupling agent KH550 in solvents were prepared by casting methods.The morphologies of fracture surface by scanning electron micrographs were analyzed, and the whiskers and glass cloth reinforced BMI/BA composite was studied.
