3,6-二氯水杨酸的合成研究
Study on the Synthesis of 3,6-Dichloro-salicylic Acid
【摘要】 在二甲苯溶剂中,2,5-二氯苯酚与氢氧化钾共沸脱水后成盐,酚盐与CO2进行高压羧基化反应制得3,6-二氯水杨酸,最高收率达78.7%,HPLC含量≥99.4%。
【Abstract】 A solution of 2,5-dichlorophenol in xylene is azeotropic distilled with potassium hydroxide until no more water is separated. The obtained anhydrous potassium 2,5-dichlorophenolate solution is carboxylated with CO2 under elevated pressure to form 3,6-dichloro-salicylic acid with a yield of 78.7% and a HPLC purity of more than 99.4%.
