双水相萃取技术研究进展及应用
Progress and Applications of Two Water Phase Extractive Technology
【摘要】 双水相萃取技术作为一种新型的分离技术日益受到重视,它与传统的萃取方法相比有独特的优点。总结了双水相萃取形成的原理,萃取过程的基本理论、萃取体系的特点以及热力学模型的发展,综述了双水相萃取技术在生化工业、分析检测、稀有金属分离等方面的应用,介绍了该技术的最新进展,指出了该技术工业化存在的问题并对今后的发展作了展望。
【Abstract】 Two water phase extraction technology as a new separation technology has gained increasing attentions.It has unique characteristics compared with the traditional extraction methods.Formation principles of two water phase extraction,essential theory of the extraction process,characteristics of extraction system and thermodynamic model are summarized in the paper.New progress of the technology is introduced.Industrialization problems of the technology and its development in the future are looked into.
