通气结晶法分离提纯对硝基氯苯的研究
Study on Refining para Nitrochlorobenzene by Bubbling Crystallization Separation
【摘要】 采用通气结晶法从混合硝基氯苯中分离提纯出凝固点≥82.4℃对硝基氯苯,并确定了分离级数及各级工艺条件。传热介质流速≥0.04m/s,进出口温差保持在1~2℃,可获较高的产率和质量。
【Abstract】 Para nitrochlorobenzene is separated from the mixture of nitrochlorobenzene by bubbling crystallization separation.Freezing point of para nitrochlorobenzene is higher than 82.4℃ .Separation steps and operation conditions were also determined in this paper.If flow rate of heat transfer medium is ≥ 0.04 m/s,temperature difference at the passage is kept at 1% ~ 2% , a higher yield and good quality of the product can be achieved.
