摩擦感度试验结果智能判断的可行性研究
The Feasible Study of the Result of the Friction Sensitivity with Assisting Judgment
【摘要】 多年来摩擦感度试验结果主要依靠测试人员现场观察和主观判断,试验中试样反应产生烟雾、爆炸声和有害气体,对测试人员的身心健康有危害。尝试采用光敏传感器和声感传感器代替人员判断,对其可行性进行研究,结果表明在一定的条件下是可行的。
【Abstract】 For many years, the result of the friction sensitivity mainly depended on the testers observation and subjective judgement. The smoke, the explosive noise and the gas produced by the test sample are harmful to the tester. Attempt has been made to replace the manual judgement with light sensor and noise sensor is feasible. The results is proved possible on a certain condition.
