硫铁矿烧渣生产聚合硫酸铁的研究
Preparation of polyferric sulfate from pyrite cinder
【摘要】 以硫铁矿生产H2SO4产生的烧渣和废H2SO4为原料,选用双氧水作催化剂,在小试的基础上进行工业放大实验生产聚合硫酸铁,用正交实验确定了生产过程中的最佳工艺条件为FeSO4与H2SO4的摩尔比是1∶0.30~0.35。
【Abstract】 The preparation of polyferric sulfate from pyrite cinder was described in this paper. The process was included: using cinder from pyrite as raw material and H2O2 as catalyst, polyferric sulfate was yielded from industrial expanded experiment based on the test in laboratory. By the orthogonal design, it was confirmed the best technical conditions, i.e., the mol. ratio of FeSO4∶H2SO4 was 1∶0.3~0.35.
