【摘要】 介绍了无毒脲醛树脂胶的合成工艺。通过调整工艺参数 ,加入改性剂甲醛捕集剂 ;调整甲醛 /尿素的摩尔比为 1 2∶1;并在反应第一阶段采用高温 (92± 2 )℃的缩聚反应 ;研制出了符合环保要求的低游离醛脲醛树脂胶黏剂。同时由于采取非浓缩工艺 ,降低了成本 ,极大地提高了经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper described the synthesis process of Urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive. By modifying process parameters,adding modifier,changing the mole ratio of Formaldehyde to Urea*"1.2∶1 and adopting reaction temperature (92±2)*!℃,the nonpoisonous adhesive was developed to conform the environment.
