稀释稳定水基磁流体的制备和性质
Characterization and Preparation of Dilution-Stable Aqueous Ferrofluid
【摘要】 以十二烷胺和十二烷酸作分散剂 ,用胶溶法制备了两种水基磁流体。前种磁流体在稀释 2 5倍时会发生不可逆絮凝 ,而后种磁流体稀释 1 0 0倍时才开始有沉淀出现 ,适合于矿物及物料的精选。实验研究了超声波分散时间、氨水的用量、脂肪酸链长及分散剂用量对所制备的磁流体的性质的影响。应用双电层理论分析比较了两种分散剂的吸附模型 ,讨论了两种磁流体稀释稳定性不同的原因
【Abstract】 Two water-based ferrofluids were prepared with peptization technique using dodecylamine and dodecanoic acid as dispersing agent.Diluting the first ferrofluid with water to 25 times its volume caused irreversible flocculation,but the second one was found to precipitate until 100 times water was added. So the second one fits for mineral and material beneficiation. Studied the effects of ultrasonic time,quantity of ammonia, and the quantity and chain length of the fatty acid on the ferrofluids.Analyzed the difference between the two ferrofluids when diluting with water by electric double layer.
