重结晶法制备微粉化布洛芬的初步探索
Preliminary Research on Recrystallization Method to Produce Micronized Ibuprofen Particles
【摘要】 试验探讨布洛芬重结晶过程的基本操作条件 ,在 5℃以下的温度及 80 0r/min或以上的搅拌转速 ,按小于 1∶2的体积比以不大于 8mL/min的连续相加料速度将 0 6~ 0 8mol/L的布洛芬乙醇溶液加入水中 ,可以得到优化的 92 %以上的收率和平均粒度为 4 μm的布洛芬粒子。并按小试确定的基本条件在工业旋转床反应器中放大 ,得到了更加优化的平均粒度为 1 5 μm的布洛芬重结晶产品
【Abstract】 The main factors which influence mean particle size and recovery rate of recrystallized ibuprofen were studied in a flask device. Experimental results shows that the optimum recrystallization conditions are: 5?℃ or lower temperature, 800?r/min or higher stir rate, adding 0 6~0 8?mol/L ibuprofen ethanol solution to water with volume ratio of less than 1∶2 and solution infusion rate of less than 8?mL/min.Under such conditions, product of 4?μm mean particle size and over 92% recovery rate can be obtained.On the basis of these operation conditions,recrystallized ibuprofen with 1 5?μm mean particle size was obtained in scaling up experiment in a rotating packed bed (RPB).
