催化合成氯乙酸异辛酯的研究
Catalytic Synthesis of 2-Ethylhexyl Chloroacetate
【摘要】 以氯乙酸和异辛醇为原料 ,用催化剂NS催化合成氯乙酸异辛酯 ,探讨了酯化反应的条件。当n(异辛醇 ) /n(氯乙酸 )为 1 1∶1、催化剂用量占反应物料质量的 2 5 %时 ,反应 2h ,氯乙醇异辛酯的收率达到 94 7%。
【Abstract】 Ethylhexyl chloroacetate was synthesized by chloroacetic acid and 2-ethylhexyl alcohol by catalyst NS,and the reaction conditions have been discussed. The yield of the ester could reach 94 7% under the amount of moler ratio of 2-ethylhexyl alcohol and chloroacetic acid 1 1∶1. Time of reaction was 2h. Amount of catalyst NS was 2 5%.
