过氧化苯甲酰合成新工艺的工业化研究
New Method for Synthesis of Benzoyl Peroxide
【摘要】 对苯甲酰氯 -氢氧化钠合成过氧化苯甲酰工艺进行改进 ,以十二烷基硫酸钠为相转移催化剂 ,在 2 0℃左右 ,碳酸氢铵与苯甲酰氯和双氧水反应合成粉末状高纯度的过氧化苯甲酰。新工艺能显著降低生产成本 ,产品收率由 94 5 %提高到 98% ;减少环境污染。
【Abstract】 Modified process for sythesis of Benzoyl peroxide is presented.It shows the synthesis of benzoyl chloride with hydrogen peroxide in presence of ammonium bicarbonate at 20?℃.This new method uses less equipment,and has less pollution,high economic benefit.
