乙二醇双乙酸酯合成研究
Research on the Synthesis of Ethylene Glycol Diacetate
【摘要】 研究了以乙二醇和乙酸为原料 ,在三氯化铁催化剂和醋酸丁酯共沸脱水剂作用下合成乙二醇双乙酸酯工艺。结果表明 :乙二醇∶乙醇 =1∶1.5 (mol) ,脱水剂用量 2 0 % (质量分数 ) ,催化剂用量 0 .8% (质量分数 ) ,乙二醇双乙酸酯的产率达 78%。
【Abstract】 The ethylene glycol diacetate was synthesized rapidly by reaction of ethylene glycol with acetic acid in presence of FeCl 3 catalyst and azeotropic agent which can be butyl acetate.The results showed that the mloar ratio of glycol and acetic acid is 1∶1.5,the dosage of butyl acetate is 20%,based on the total weight of reactants and the amount of catalyst used is 0.8%,based on the total weight of reactants. The yield of ethylene glycol moboacetate was 78%.
