三氯乙酰氯的简便合成及其应用
Convenient Synthesis Method of Trichloroacetic Chloride and Its Application
【摘要】 硝酸加入三氯乙醛 (其物质的量比为 2 1∶1) ,5 0℃反应 6h得三氯乙酸结晶。三氯化磷加入三氯乙酸 (其物质的量比为 0 4∶1) ,在 70℃回流反应 4h ,得三氯乙酰氯液体 ,收率为 90 %。本文还叙述了三氯乙酰氯在杀虫剂 ,除草剂和其他精细化工产品中的应用
【Abstract】 Nitric acid about 65% of concentration is added to chloral below the temperature of degree of 35 within one and a half hours,the ratio of n(nitric acid):n(chloral)=2.1∶1,maintain the reaction during the degree of 50 for six hours,attain the product trichloroacetic acid with the purity of 98-99%,the reactive yield is 86%.Phosphorus trichloride is added to trichloroacetic acid below the temperature of degree of 50 within one and a half hours,the ratio of n(phosphorus trichloride):n(trichloroacetic acid)=0.4∶1,maintain the reaction during the degree of 70 for four hours,attain the product trichloroacetyl chloride with the purity of 95%,the reactive yield is 90%.Convenient synthesis method is evaluated based cost,yield and equipment.The yield of the method is high;the quality of product is good.Application of trichloroacetic chloride lies in herbicide,pesticide,bactericide and their intermediates and other chemicals. used to prepare herbicide、pesticide、bactericide and their intermediates.
