【摘要】 近年来,我国研究生教育发展迅速。实现研究生教育的可持续发展,就必须正确处理好速度与质量的关系,解决好研究生教育培养工作中几个起着关键作用的问题。首先要重视质量的问题,师资队伍建设问题和高等教育不同阶段的有效衔接问题;其次是改革的问题,如研究生招生录取体制中存在的问题;再次是规范的问题,建立有效的评估机制,对研究生教育培养工作进行科学管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, in China, education of graduates is developing rapidly. To realize continuable development of education of graduates, the relations between rate and quality must be properly treated, some key problems in education and cultivation of graduates must be solved.
