【Abstract】 To a great extent, language and philosophy are two great centers of humanity quality for the students of higher education, especially for the students of sciences and engineering. An adequate linguistic level is the basis for student of humanities and social science to improve their quality, and a good knowledge of philosophy will endow them with intelligence for improving their humanity quality. Therefore, we believe that function of humanity quality education is embedded in the cultivation and improvement of their linguistic ability and philosophical understanding, and that schools of higher educations should create every possibility for the student in terms of improving their humanity quality.更多还原
