【摘要】 干部人事档案管理工作是一项政策性、专业性、服务性很强的工作,是党的人事工作重要组成部分。分析了干部人事档案管理工作存在的问题,指出领导重视是搞好干部人事管理工作的基本保证,提出了把好材料收集关,做好档案的整理工作,确保档案的真实性。强调提高档案人员的素质,与时俱进,建设干部档案管理队伍的迫切性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The management of cadres’personal files is a very specialized service closely - related to application of policies, an very important part of the Party’s personnel management work. By analysing the existing problems with the management of cadres’ personal files , it is pointed out that the great attention paid by the leading cades is the basic foundation for doing the management of cadres’personal files well. It is suggested to check on the information gathering and do the sorting - out of files well to ensure authenticity of files. It is stressed that the vocational quality of file keepers must be improved with each day passing, and it is imperative to build up a good cadres’persoaal files managing team.更多还原
