火电厂炉管温度在线监测与寿命预估系统
On-line temperature monitoring and life prediction system for boiler tubes at thermal power plants
【摘要】 为了提高火电厂的运行效率,节省检修费用,建立了开放、完全的现场数据采集、传送和组态的实时监控系统,并将其传送至管理信息系统(MIS),可充分获得生产现场的数据信息,使得企业管理科学化。论述了一种基于活动组件数据对象(ADO)技术的炉管温度实时监测与分析系统,该系统由运行监测、数据追忆、监测报表、寿命预估等模块组成,并通过组态的使用,使实际运行具有灵活性和通用性,从而为电力系统的经济运行提供了决策支持。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the operational efficiency and reduce the inspection and overhaul cost at thermal power plants,an open and complete real-time monitoring system has been established to acquire,transmit and process on-site data,and transmit them to the management information system so that the enterprise management can be rationalized.A boiler tube temperature real -time monitoring and analysing system based on ADO technique,which consists of modules for operational monitoring,data memory,monitoring report and life prediction,etc,is together with the configuration system used to keep actual operations free and generalized thereby providing decision support for economic operation of the power supply system.
