【摘要】 我国企业实施 ERP软件成功率不高的原因是因为 ERP应用企业一侧存在各种问题。通过对企业管理应用软件MRPII/ ERP发展过程的研究 ,提出了管理软件及其实施服务应分为三大发展阶段的新见解 ,即定义为个案项目型阶段、版本参数型阶段和版本自助型阶段。在此基础上 ,提出了“基于版本自助型的 ERP产品”的新构想 ,并对实现这一新见解的关键技术进行了深入探讨。研究结果表明 ,问题的主要原因不在应用企业一侧 ,而在软件产品供应商及实施服务供应商一侧更多还原

【Abstract】 The low success rate of applying the Enterprise Resources Planning(ERP)software in Chinese enterprises is usually ascribed to various problems existing in the enterprises’ side. Based on the study of the evolution of the enterprise management application software MRPII/ERP,it is thought that the development and implementation of management software can be divided into three stages—the case oriented project stage,the version oriented parameter stage and the version oriented self help stage. Then a new idea of version oriented self help ERP products is introduced and the corresponding key techniques are discussed. The results indicate that the providers of software products and implementation services are key to the successful application of the ERP software, not the enterprises themselves.更多还原
