【摘要】 近年来 ,供应链管理和应用引起了很多中国企业的重视 ,一些企业在成功实施供应链管理的同时获得了一定的竞争优势 ;也有一些企业没有实施供应链管理 ,但这并没有影响其在行业中的地位。文章针对上海贝尔阿尔卡特公司和北京晓通公司两个典型案例 ,从企业 ERP系统、上下游的压力、竞争对手的压力、在供应链中的地位和一致的标准 5个方面进行分析 ,探讨了企业实施供应链整合的动因 ,目的在于为企业选择是否实施供应链整合提供参考更多还原

【Abstract】 Supply chain management(SCM) and application have aroused considerable attention of many Chinese enterprises in recent years as some enterprises have gained certain competitive advantage through successful implementation of SCM, while some others retain their trade position without adopting SCM. Two typical cases of Alcatel Shanghai Bell and Beijing Xiao Tong are studied in view of five aspects, i.e. the ERP system, pressure from enterprises of upper stream and lower stream, pressure from competitors, position in the supply chain and identical technical standards. The causes of the enterprise’s implementing supply chain integration are analyzed. This study is beneficial to the enterprises in their implementing of the integration.更多还原
