【摘要】 知识管理 ( KM)已成为商界提升企业竞争力的关键所在。目前这方面的多数研究都集中在个体企业或是对 KM领域内的一般性认识上 ,而很少探讨中小企业采用 K M的情况。文章用实证的方式 ,探讨了影响 KM采用的因素以及 KM对企业经营绩效的影响。结果表明 ,资讯科技的运用程度是影响 KM采用的最关键因素。企业推动 KM的意愿受资讯科技、产品营销的复杂度的影响 ,其经营绩效受文件化程度和新知吸收机制的影响 ,其财务绩效受文件化程度和电脑化知识管理系统的影响。同时指出 ,企业的基本特性也会对 KM的采用产生影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Knowledge Management (KM) has become critical to maintain competitive advantages in the business world. Most existing research focuses on individual industry or general concept in the KM area. Few studies have investigated the use of KM in small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). In this research, an empirical study was carried out to investigate factors effecting the adoption of KM and its impact on performance. The results indicate that the most important factor for the adoption of KM is the maturity of information technology applications. The intention of adoption is affected by IT and the complexity in management and marketing operations. Managerial performance is affected by the degree of formal documentation and knowledge acquisition mechanisms. Financial performance is affected by the degree of formal documentation and computerized knowledge management systems. Meanwhile, it is pointed out that the characteristics of a company also affect the adoption of KM.更多还原
